Payments and Refunds

When is my payment due?

You should receive your bill around the 25th of the month prior to its due date. All payments are due on or before the 15th, should a payment be made after the 15th there is a $5.00 late fee.

Do you offer refunds? If so, what is your refund policy?

There are no partial billing refunds.


What is the holiday schedule for my service area?

Our Team is off Christmas and News Years Day only. Pickups that fall on that holiday will be serviced on the following day. All scheduled pickups falling on that holiday will be moved to the following day as will all pickups remaining in that holiday week.

What time should I place me trash out for removal?

All trash should be placed out the night before to insure pickup.


Do you take away moving boxes?

Yes, all boxes should be completely flattened and placed curbside for removal.

Do you pickup yard waste? 

Yes, we will remove 3 bags or 3 bundles per household. All yard waste should be placed in a bag and placed at the curb for removal. Limbs (no larger than 4 inches in diameter) should be tied into bundles no more than 40 lbs and no longer than 4 feet in length.

Are containers mine to keep?

Containers are the sole possession of Reliable Sanitation© and must be returned upon termination of services. Any container not recovered is subject to a replacement cost of 75.00 per container.
